Why are the only Asian massage parlors being raided by police?

I see and read about local dallas, tx asian massage parlors being raided and shut down, but what about the others? I have been to others in dallas and they provide the SAME services that these asian parlors do! I smell discrimination!

4. Typically law enforcement knows what goes on in these places, but its low priority. They will hassle the ones where there seems to be a problem (neighbor constantly complains about comings and goings)
