What is an Asian massage?

I'm looking through Craigslist. I'm just looking for a soothing and refreshing massage in a quite and peaceful private room by someone who actually knows what they are doing. However it seems like every ad on Craigslist is for an Asian massage and many post pictures of the ladies who will be giving massages. However nothing else in the description indicates they provide anything extra. I don't get it. Are they really providing a real massage, or is it more? Are they any good, or am I just paying for a cute Asian lady to rub my body with no skill involved. I'd hate to go in there and have to them, "Look lady, I'm just here for a massage."

1. its jsut stereotyped that asains give better messages.. haha but almost all of them are really really good at it! soemtimes they walk on your back, too, it feels soooo good!
2. ummm, not to be nasty or anything, but you are getting a little more then just a massage there.....
3. Those asian ladies will massage you, but not your back or neck or shoulders. Maybe try searching for deep tissue or shiatsu massage. Best thing is to tell them upfront what you want...good luck.
4. If its an asian massage...that means it comes with a "happy ending"... theres nothing wrong with a cute asian lady rubbing your body i highly recommend getting one
5. I wouldn't trust Craigslist. Some of the stuff on there is legit but for the most part, people aren't licensed and half of them do not know what they are doing. There is Shiatsu (sp)?...but it's def not relaxing massage. You will feel relaxed after, but it gets all the kinks and tension out of your body.
