Is it fair only Chinese work at chinese buffets and massage parlors?

1. They own all of the manicurist shops and laundromats too.
2. But if I wanted to have a white only restaurant, I'd be sued
3. I think it is about authenticity. I've eaten at a Chinese buffet in America that was owned and staffed by Russians!! lol thats obviously not common but i think it would be the same at an Indian or Italian etc etc. Just a matter of authenticity and having the people employed that know the food best. thats all
4. They own so much of America.........its scary. How many made in the USA items do you have? You're answer is problably like me..........NONE.
5. I don't think its got to do with being fair. I thinks its got to do with they are the ones that mostly own and operate the business.
6. We actually have a Chinese restaurant owned and operated by Mexicans..lol.
7. If they refuse to hire someone who isn't Chinese then it's NOT fair. If they only hire Chinese because no one who isn't Chinese wants to work there... well then hey, what are they supposed to do? Here in SF, half the cooking staff of most Chinese places I've been are Latin, and I have seen white waitresses at some of them.
8. down here mexicans run all the restaurants. owned by chinese, food prepared by mexicans. mmmmmm.
9. I live in eastern NC and there are many Caucasians working in Chinese restaurants.
