Tui Na Chinese Massage The practice of applying structured or unstructured pressure, tension, motion, or vibration — manually or with mechanical aids — to the soft tissues of the body, including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, joints and lymphatic vessels, to achieve a beneficial response. A form of therapy, massage can be applied to parts of the body or successively to the whole body, to aid the process of injury healing, relieve psychological stress, manage pain, and improve circulation.
2. Tui Na is the type of massage usually associated with Chinese massage although there are other types of massage developed by the Chinese. In the US, a Chinese Massage therapist would still have to be trained in traditional massage in most states in order to practice their type of massage. It can be provided by either sex and doesn't require any special uniform or clothing I am not totally sure but I think the person receiving massage takes their clothes off to the level of their comfort.
